细胞信号转导：利用膜生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学和发育生物学等多学科技术手段研究tgf-β和wnt信号的调控以及它们在胚胎发育、干细胞自我更新和分化和肿瘤形成中的作用。
