●  研究兴趣、领域:


主要运用分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学等多学科手段,结合类器官技术、组学检测和动物模型等技术,建立一系列类器官培养体系和肿瘤类器官体外药物筛选平台,研究tgf-β、wnt、bmp等信号调控细胞命运的分子机制和生理病理功能,揭示成体干细胞自我更新和分化的机制,探索相关疾病发生发展的机理和临床转化应用前景。
