● 研究兴趣、领域:
本课题组的学术研究主要是运用细胞生物学,生物化学,分子生物学,基因组学等方法研究tgf-beta信号传导在胚胎干细胞的自我更新和胚胎发育及癌症发生过程中的作用机制;针对性研究tgf-beta及相关信号传导通路如何通过与表观遗传图谱相互作用,在时间和空间上紧密调控基因表达从而调控胚胎发育及癌症发生。本课题组的研究对象是小鼠胚胎干细胞和弥漫内生型脑干胶质瘤(dipg)。
