● 研究兴趣、领域:
物质的跨膜运输是维持所有物种正常生命活动的基本过程之一,跨膜运输蛋白作为位于细胞膜和细胞器膜的重要功能蛋白维持细胞正常生命过程,并完成诸如信号传导、能量转化、新陈代谢等基本生理活动,我们主要运用结构生物学和生物化学手段系统研究跨膜运输蛋白的结构与机理。
主要研究方向如下:
1. 与疾病相关重要膜转运蛋白的结构与功能的研究;
2. 电压门控离子通道的结构与工作机理;
3. 胆固醇代谢调控机理。
