● 研究兴趣、领域:
rna生物信息学与癌症系统生物学:关注转录后rna加工、翻译及非编码功能等复杂过程,提出新的数据解析理论,开发了一系列生物信息学算法与人工智能分析工具,并结合生命组学数据的深度挖掘与rna生物学机制研究,解析生理与病理状态下遗传信息多层级传递与调控的过程与机制。研究目标是为理解肿瘤致病通路、鉴定干预靶点提供方法学支持、新的科学假说及分子机制信息。主要研究方向:
1. 多模态、跨尺度、多组学大数据的整合分析及多级调控网络与机制解析;
2. 大规模复杂生物数据的深度学习工具开发;
3. 翻译组学的系统、定量分析及翻译调控在肿瘤中的参与机制;
4. 非编码转录组的系统分析与非编码rna生物学功能的系统鉴定。
